  the staff were excellent so friendly and helpful, so easy to check in and out and the fly drive service was brilliant. Food was good and rooms were great. overall we had a brilliant stay will defiantly recommend. cant praise the staff enough unfortunately I cant remember any names.
  great to have the computer accessible to print the boarding cards.

  A good hotel, but...
  
  ...after a fast check in, the key to my room did not work (the room was a long walk from the lift), so I prepared to bring all my luggage down to the reception again (I am 72 years old!). On my way down I found a very friendly staff, who ran for a new key for another room, so I could stay with my luggage where I was.
  
  No one had told me that it would take more than 45 minutes to get to my terminal 5 in the morning! I have stayed at many different hotels before for an early flight and never had that experience before. If they had told me in advance I could either had taken an earlier bus or chosen another hotel. I wanted to have a not rushed breakfast at the airport after checking in.

  Our stay was disappointing. We turned up at the hotel and were made to feel that we hadn't booked when in fact we had. There was no record of us booking the car in and we had to wait for the lady to go off and check even when I showed her the email confirmation. Our room was very small and dirty. It was a family room however there was no room with the extra bed for our cases or to feel we had any space. The bedsheets were dirty. In fact I would go as far as saying it was the worst room I have ever stayed in. The best bit about our stay which is why I gave a 3 and not a 1 was the meet and great service at Heathrow airport. This was excellent.
